1 This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County following Appellants conviction by a jury on the charges of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person. In addition to receiving a term of imprisonment, Appellant was ordered to pay restitution to the victim in the amount of $1,229,229.09. On appeal, Appellant challenges the trial courts imposition of restitution. We affirm.
